What most 21st Century Americans simply do not grasp is that the Constitution and Bill of Rights were not written to to give rights to the citizens of our then-new nation, but was instead written to tightly constrain the federal government.

If more victims could somehow turn tables, such as this gal did, violent crime rates would plummet in short time.

EDITED: BTW, I hate human predators with a passion.  They come in all flavors, drug dealers, flesh peddlers, robbers, rapists, etc... I hate em all, equal opportunity.
