A Birmingham man is being held without bond in Cullman County after he kicked in the door of an occupied residence near Holly Pond in a burglary attempt today.  Cedric Lamar Wallace, 46, was caught a few miles from the home just minutes after he fled the dwelling. The home owner grabbed a pistol and shot out the suspect’s tire as he sped away from the scene, Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry said. “We received a call just before 10 a.m.,” Gentry said. “Some other residents in the area spotted the white car and the driver was attempting to hide behind some chicken houses not far from where the burglary occurred. They helped deputies locate him within minutes of the call.”
Time will tell.

Ha! He turned chicken and flew the coop!
The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

actually it appears he was trying to fit in at the coop, but the chickens knew he was a bird of a different feather.

He must have been from a different feather, because they did not flock together.
