SIG 556R XI
« on: November 02, 2014, 07:58:29 AM »
The 7.62x39 is an excellent round. Similar in ballistics to the .30-30, it has been a battle-proven round since it was pressed into service in 1944.

It is also great to have a modern platform for this round and several firearm manufacturers have come forward to produce firearms chambered for 7.62x39 cartridge (Ruger, Savage, SIG SAUER, and Remington to name a few).

For those who really need an updated platform for this cartridge, you might be interested to read this article on the SIG 556R XIfrom Suarez International: http://blog.suarezinternational.com/2014/10/the-sig-556r-xi-the-ultimate-762x39.html#.VFZQFGdqOWh

Of course, be prepared for the financial outlay.
The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.
