Wrist problems. Not typing much until I get it checked out. Hope to pick back up Sept.

yet another reason to train each hand, and to practice doing all you can one handed.

Carpal tunnel syndrome? (You're probably too young for arthritis.)

To young for arthritis???? What world do you live in, I have had arthritis sense I was in my mid thirties.

My condolences: It's something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

An old RSI, Steve, but not carpal tunnel. Both wrists. Its responding to therapeutic exercise and ROM activity.

I am told I do have arthritis in the left shoulder. I don't know if there's any other places, though.
