Compression Spring Calculator
« on: July 09, 2013, 03:41:08 PM »
An on-line gadget that can help you determine the spring rate of your pistol/rifle spring.

Tools you will need:
  • Dial caliper (digital or not)
  • Measuring rule (tape measure, steel rule, etc.).
  • Inquisitive nature
If you have a captive spring, sorry, it won't work unless you set it free.

The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

I've got the tools...

I've got a bit of an inquisitive nature...

I've got the site bookmarked...

But after looking at the site...

I doubt I've the brains...!   :-\

Wow!
Compression, Extension, and Torsion calculations, all in one place!

I only wish that I was still in need of that widget!
But I haven't had to do spring calculations for the past 15 years.

Thanks, Taurian. I hope that I can use it, some day.

based on this info:
pishaw -
a general word or phrase, pishaw has no definition. It can be positive, negative, both, or neither. It does not fall under one category in terms of sentence parts. It is entirely without a standard meaning. It means whatever you want it to mean. It also has no set spelling (although this is the traditional one) and no set pronunciation.

I would have to say yes.
There are other more commonly used words (that the people with smaller vocabulary use) that meet most the same criteria above, that are now allowed. lol
Time will tell.
