Sounds good. Now they just need to deal with the loose cannon in that dept. who thinks it's OK to fly off the handle like that.

I know quite a few officers & deputies and they take the most abusive flack in stride and do the job with courtesy & professionalism even when the idiot they're dealing with has no respect or values at all. They have my greatest respect and confidence and someone like Harless is an affront to the dedication with which they do their jobs.

A wise move.

Now if the rest of the nation's judges would be as smart....save time and money.

While I think that it was good to drop the CW charges, the following statement in the article might be a cause for debate:

Quote
Jeff Garvas, the president and founder of Ohioans for Concealed Carry, told Fox 8 News that he believes the case points to the vagueness of the concealed carry law in Ohio.

"I think this case highlights why the law needs to be changed and hopefully we will soon be introducing legislation in the State of Ohio to fix it," said Garvas.
The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

if you look at this you will see how things can drag out court related.
This can and prob will happen to any one involved with a cc case.
