Then he attacked the people that cut him off.
Then his wife handed him a gun which he discharges and waives around then points it at them.

If the man had a permit to carry, it should be revoked. Then he should face attempted murder charges. Here in Florida any law abiding citizen can carry a loaded gun in the glove compartment of their vehicle.

The guy should be charged with careless discharge of a weapon and assault.  He started the physical confrontation.

Can I put my, "Things That Make You Say Hmm?" posts in here too?   :D :D

That was a whole lotta stupid.
Everyday I write the truth to who I am by what I do.
Life achieves its summit, when it does the uttermost what it was equipped to do.
It's always easier to shift the responsibility of one's existence, to lean on others rather than stand alone, but I refuse to place my destiny in another's hands.

Did you hear the Lawyer!, Come on!, He followed them for 40 minute's, Because they cut him off, He threw the first punch, Some one swings at me!, You better believe I'm going to defend myself! That guy looked a bit bigger than both those kids, Justifiable if you ask me, that both kids came out swinging! Both the wife and him need some jail time to cool off!

If the idiot and his wife really felt the two kids had endangered them and their baby, what's wrong with calling the police during the 40 minutes they followed them? Maybe they didn't have a cell phone. If so, and they could have got a license number and description of driver to report to police when they found a phone.
