SC/ND Sign Agreement. CO Limits Mags 15 Rds.
« on: March 20, 2013, 04:56:54 PM »
North Dakota and South Carolina have announced they have signed a Reciprocity Agreement. SLED contacted me today and SLED and the ND AG have updated their websites to reflect this change.

Colorado will have a 15 Round limit on Mags starting  7/1/13.  The Governor signed the bill today. Anyone not living under a rock has heard about this Mag limit.

NY Governor is now stating he wants to change the SAFE Act to allow the purchase and possession of 10 round Mags. You will still only be allowed to load 7 rounds in them though. The big item, that they really don’t want to discuss is they want to amend it to exempt Law Enforcement from the Mag Ban.

www.handgunlaw.us will be updated in the next 48 hours to show the above changes.

Thanks Gary!
Everyday I write the truth to who I am by what I do.
Life achieves its summit, when it does the uttermost what it was equipped to do.
It's always easier to shift the responsibility of one's existence, to lean on others rather than stand alone, but I refuse to place my destiny in another's hands.

You are Welcome and glad you find the site useful.  I enjoy what I do. You will find I don't post very often. Added Gun Toters to my list of sites I check in on looking for information. Chat Forums are a good place to find out where something has changed at the state level.  I know where to look if I know something has change. It is just knowing when to look.
