The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

Last year when I went to the range with my new scope, I discovered that there are rests similar to these in the review for members to use.  They reside in boxes at each shooting station, along with sandbags and targets (generic targets).  I was glad to discover them, else I'd have to use only a bipod.
