I almost had to fly last year. Ugh.
Lucky for me that I was able to talk my wife into letting me rent a nice SUV and we take a road trip, rather than we fry...I mean fly.

Last time I remember flying commercially was, ummm, 1989.

Smaller, private planes and my involvement in General Aviation ended in July 1995 when I crash landed a Cessna 150J (1967 vintage) after a total power failure after takeoff.
Haven't been in a plane since.

Hope I never have to again, fly, that is.
