What most 21st Century Americans simply do not grasp is that the Constitution and Bill of Rights were not written to to give rights to the citizens of our then-new nation, but was instead written to tightly constrain the federal government.

Lighter weight for easier carry is fine, but where is the penetration and barrier testing?

That was one of my questions.  I don't want to beat up my gun if there is no advantage to doing so.  If I need that kind of velocity/penetration, I would be tempted to move to the .40 caliber (10mm Short?) or 10mm. And, as we agree upon, shot placement above all.
