The other one I stole from the Israeli guy

You'll need somebody to provide a prompt or something recorded you can play back (give yourself enough time to forget what is on record).

To run the drill go to the line and begin doing some physical exercise (In my case it was squat jumps. I talked them out of burpees. I hate burpees. Burpees are a tool of Satan. So are ab wheels. And Tabatas. Darth Vader is not as evil as a Tabata.). Run a few repetitions or a little time with the chosen exercise and then the helper or recorder will call out a simple math formula. (I think we got the square root of nine at the time, or it might have been something minus the square root of nine. I can't remember any more.) The solution to the formula is the number of shots you will fire on target.

Start the exercise, solve the problem, shoot. Pretty much as simple as that.

Just don't make me do burpees. I will shoot you if you make me do burpees.
