No rush at all IMHO, I've never seen cause to use it on any forum, (yet!) then again I enjoy being wrong, (it's an opportunity for me to learn, and become more well informed and knowledgeable) and I believe even if I don't get along with someone, I can still benefit from their insight and wisdom on many subjects.

So far, this community has proven to be exceptionally mature and capable of lively debate on a wide variety of topics without degrading into the flame wars I see so often on other sites.  8)

I didn't even know there was the capability to ignore someone.  I would not use it.  It is a shame that some people need to resort to personal attacks by condescending remarks.  It's sad but, it is a fact of life that on all networking sites like this, it does happen. I do believe that much of it is unintentional.  Some folks are abrasive by nature due to personal problems.  If it gets to the point where I absolutely cannot tolerate the posts of an individual/s, it is time to: "vote with my feet and leave".   ;)
