Smith and Wesson "E" Series 1911 Review
« on: June 20, 2019, 10:53:43 AM »
This Smith and Wesson "E" Series 1911 is destined to replace my Rock Island Armory 1911 FS Tactical as my EDC.

It is also a very 'precious' pistol. You will see why when you read the review. Leave comments regarding the article if you can; otherwise, don't if you can't.

The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

Thanks for the review, nice pictures too! I've always been a fan of the 1911 family, this one looks good! I may have to try one out after reading your review.

It just sat there when I clicked on it and didn't do anything?????
What am I doing wrong or this just not my day?

Thanks. The S&W "E" Series is quite a pistol.  Please read more of my reviews (and by others) at our 'Blog' site (http://guntoters.com/blog/).

I have Adobe Reader Professional which is Adobe Reader on Steroids?
Never mind . . . . It is working now.
I suspect that the moon was in Fresno when I attempted to do it last time.

Awesome looking but I certainly would get a different style magazine.
I just don't like that foot thingee sticking out . . . .
But to each his own as they say in the movies.

It comes with two 8-round magazines with bumper pads. As I mentioned in the article, it would have been nice if a very mild magazine extension had been installed, which would smooth out the lines. It is easy enough to carry a flush-fit 7-round installed and keep the 2 8-round magazines for spares.
