« on: October 01, 2018, 11:39:46 AM »
This review is broken into two parts with links in each part to the other.

Part 1:

http://guntoters.com/blog/2018/10/01/windham-weaponry-r20fftm-308-2/

Part 2:

I hope that you will take the time to read both parts.
The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

I would really like to own one of those rifles but like you say, they are expensive. I should not complain as I have a 308 in a bolt rifle, a CAI frankenFAL (LA1A) and a Springfield M1A Match rifle.

You can find one that cost less than the M1A. It does take some shopping and deciding what you are using it for. I have seen the Sig-Sauer piston guns for over $2500. But CMMG makes a DI unit for around $800.

The SMR 10 is the lightest recoiling .308 that I have - including the M1A. I just Added a thicker butt pad to the MAGPUL MOE stock, which provides my desired LOP.
