The Eagle, The Fox, and The Rabbit Dinner
« on: May 26, 2018, 06:29:02 PM »
Some wildlife watchers on one of our islands got to see, and video, an eagle attempting to grab a rabbit from the young fox who had killed it for dinner.

To everyone's surprise, the fox didn't give up easily. Indeed, as the video shows, the fox got the dinner, and the eagle went hungry.

Well that was something to see.
Thanks Steve . . . . .
Because it all happened so fast I would have to guess that the addition of the fox hanging on produced a weight factor that caused the eagle to let go.
