Wyoming becomes 36th state to pass Stand Your Ground

Lastnight, HB168 STAND YOUR GROUND, passed into law, effective July 1st 2018.
The Governor decided not to veto the bill, but rather to allow the bill to go into state law without his signature.

I had no idea that California was a Stand Your Ground state.
Are you sure this map is correct?
I am going to have to check that out.
Can you post the link where that map came from.
