Snow, Glorious Snow...
« on: February 21, 2018, 03:37:15 PM »
It’s snowing…big, fat. soft flakes that are sticking well.So far, about an inch.

Our bigger stove is eating wood wholesale, but the whole house is nice and warm.
It’s the view out the windows that is cold, not us.

The birds and squirrels seem to be taking it well.
Even the three hummingbirds which are wintering over with us seem to be OK.

Very soon the whole island will look like a powdered-sugar-frosted Christmas cookie.

And also pretty soon I'll have to trudge out to the post-box to get our mail (shi-v-v-v-er)...

In Atlanta it is in the high 70s, sunshine, and a with slight breeze out of the East. The Cherry trees are in bloom, and so are my sinuses.
The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

It has warmed up a little here in central Wyoming. This morning it was up to -9.  ;D

More snow today.
Even more beautiful.

It was nice to have 4WD, but it wasn't really necessary.
