Henry Lever Gun Ammo
« on: March 14, 2017, 08:11:58 AM »
I need to order some self defense ammo for my new 357 Mag Henry lever gun. My EDC is a 357 and I carry 110 Gr. Cor Bon DPX in it. Not sure it would be good for the longer barrel the rifle has on it.

For hunting I would lean toward the 158 Gr or heavier bullets, but don't plan on doing any now(knees gone south).

What would be some of you guys suggestions for self defense ammo, and hunting ammo, for the lever gun?

Hornady 140-grain FTX LEVERevolution!

Excellent for deer or man.

The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

I like the Hornady LeverLution (sp?) Flex tip rounds.
In fact, I like their ideas about speed and expansion as well.

I bought a box of 30-30 flex tip rounds for my wife's 94 a couple years ago.

You forgot the James Bond film, "LEVERletdie."
