What most 21st Century Americans simply do not grasp is that the Constitution and Bill of Rights were not written to to give rights to the citizens of our then-new nation, but was instead written to tightly constrain the federal government.

Thanks....very interesting... recently got one of these ...target model. 
I'll have an article for the blog site coming out soon on the 1211 and 1262 "Target" models.  I made some necessary (in my mind) upgrades to both, which I will bring out in the article.
