Obama Wants A Third Term...
« on: August 16, 2016, 11:11:02 AM »
The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

Let's take a vote, and see if anyone ELSE wants him in that office for another term!

<Stand Tall.  Speak the Truth.  Never Surrender.>

Never shall I fail my comrades. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight, and I will shoulder more than my share of the task whatever it may be.  One hundred percent and then some.

Unfortunately, there would be a lot of votes of yes for a third term. Perhaps, too many.

Hard to believe, but perhaps.

If you read this article it may be a good idea to let him have that third term . . . .
See what you think . . . . . .

It is most interesting that this essay appeared in The Week, a Liberal-leaning news magazine published by a British media conglomerate.
In the past, The Week has been pretty slavishly on Obama's side of any dispute. This essay is evidence of quite a change.

One of the things that I appreciate about The Week is that is generally runs references to both sides of the story. I have always been able to research their brief references to written articles and know the entire context of what they are publishing.

Generally speaking of course . . . . .

Yes, that's true.
But The Week's "Editor's Letter," found on the index page, is invariably slanted to the left...sometimes slanted so far as to be almost falling over of its own weight.
Also, its editorial choices of which media outlets to quote generally tend to be left-of-center and middle-of-the-road, and never very far to the right.

Further, The Week's own stance on such issues as gun control and Black Lives Matter seems to be infused with lots of Progressive-driven Political Correctness.

That said, I admit that it's an excellent way for us isolated islanders to keep up with what's happening around the world, and the weekly recipe is almost always good.

I like the weekly thingee on the very back page where they name an event, happening or whatever.
Some have been very clever . . . . seems to always make me smile.
Also "The Last Word" has had some excellent subjects.
"We will have a good government as long as those that govern are effected by those laws that they pass. When those that are passing the laws are no longer effected by those laws then they will no longer pass good laws."

Hillery has announced that it is a good idea to put Obama on the Supreme Court.
which is a life time appointment and way too much power for him.
Time will tell.
