...there's always one more city - I'm a Lonesome Fugitive, Merle Haggard

When I was a paid musician, songs like "I'm a Lonesome Fugitive", "Today I Started Loving You Again,” “If We Make It Through December,” and “Sing Me Back Home" was part of my repertoire.  Mixed with a little Waylon, Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, Willy, and Jim Reeves among others helped me make it through the night at times.  Usually played at the end of the evening, there would be a whole lot of belly-rubbing on the dance floor.  Merl Haggard was my favorite among the legends.

Merle Haggard, Country Music Legend, Dies at 79.

R.I.P, Merle.
The fact that the GOVERNMENT would even consider removing the natural right to bear arms is the very reason why the 2nd Amendment was written.

I heard.
Few make it into the realm where he existed in the music world.

I think I'll drag out hie CD in my collection and play it today.

Never shall I fail my comrades. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight, and I will shoulder more than my share of the task whatever it may be.  One hundred percent and then some.
